Mingara Medical
This is Dr. Tosch’s primary practice on the Central Coast where she consults the most. Her books are closed here unless booking for menopause, termination of pregnancy, iron infusion, or antenatal GP shared care. Fees below are for in-person appointments
Babies and Children under 12: Bulk billed
Antenatal Clinic appointment with Midwife: $82 with $48 Medicare rebate = $34 out of pocket
(antenatal appointments only to be booked after having an initial long appointment with Dr. Tosch)
Standard 15 minute appointment: $100 with $45.05 Medicare rebate = $54.95 out of pocket
Pensioner 15 minute appointment: $80 with $45.05 Medicare rebate = $34.95 out of pocket
Long 30 minute appointment: $160 with $87.10 Medicare rebate = $72.90 out of pocket
Pensioner 30 minute appointment: $129 with $87.10 Medicare rebate = $41.90 out of pocket
Iron Infusion: $60 nurse fee plus $140 with $45.05 Medicare rebate = $154.95 out of pocket
Initial Menopause: 60 minute appointment: $450 with $207.90 Medicare rebate = $242.10 out of pocket
Follow Up Menopause: 30 min appointment: $160 with $87.10 Medicare rebate = $72.90 out of pocket
Termination of Pregnancy: fees vary depending on appointment needs. See here.
20 minute Mental Health Care Plan: $160 with $108.95 Medicare rebate = $51.05 out of pocket
Pensioner 20 minute MHCP: $139 with $108.95 Medicare rebate = $30.05 out of pocket
Evergreen doctors
Dr. Tosch has been offering iron infusions at Evergreen Doctors at Pymble since 2019. This is the only clinic where Ebony does 100% of the iron infusion process herself without nurse assistance - cannulation, iron injection, monitoring, cannula removal.
She is now offering menopause consultations here as a specialist GP service with a holistic view.
Iron Infusion: $310 with $87.10 Medicare rebate = $222.90 out of pocket
Initial Menopause: 60 minute appointment: $500 with $207.90 Medicare rebate = $292.10 out of pocket
Follow Up Menopause: 30 minute appointment: $250 with $87.10 Medicare rebate = $162.9 out of pocket
First menopause follow up should be in person. Subsequent follow ups may be done via telehealth. Medicare rebates only apply to telehealth appointments if patient has had an in person appointment at Evergreen Doctors in the last 12 months.
YOU by Dr Shauna WATTS - Forresters beach
Dr. Tosch joined Shauna’s clinic in 2025 to help with the increasing demand for quality menopause services. Dr. Tosch brings her experience in iron infusion to the clinic, offering doctor delivered iron infusion in this private setting.
Initial Menopause: 60 minute appointment: $450 with $207.90 Medicare rebate = $242.10 out of pocket
Follow Up Menopause: 30 minute appointment: $230 with $87.10 Medicare rebate = $142.9 out of pocket
Iron Infusion: $300 with $87.10 Medicare rebate = $212.90 out of pocket
