Dr. Tosch is a friendly, down-to-earth doctor based in the Central Coast who carefully listens to her patient's concerns, takes the time to explain what is going on, and devises a practical plan to get you back to good health. Her passion is women’s health for all stages of life, with special interests in menopause, family planning, periods, contraception, pregnancy, and iron infusions. As a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practice, she is a specialist in life.
Dr. Tosch grew up in Tasmania and graduated from the University of Tasmania’s School of Medicine. After moving to Brisbane she completed her hospital training at Princess Alexandra Hospital, QEII Hospital, Redland Hospital, and Lady Cilento Children's Hospital. She chose to specialise in General Practice and trained as a GP in Brisbane, and successfully completed the Royal Australian College of General Practice's fellowship examinations. She spent a few years in Sydney’s North Shore, and still offers IV iron in Pymble every few weeks.
Dr. Tosch moved to the Central Coast in 2021 and works part time at Mingara Medical. She is happily married to her medical school sweetheart and is mother to two busy little boys. In her spare time she enjoys writing, cooking, bird-watching, whiskey, bush-walking, and DIY. Most of her patients are not aware that Dr. Tosch follows a vegan lifestyle for the animals, the environment, and her health.
